Payroll, HR Share Services and Benefits/Retirement fall under my direction.

As Director of Benefits, my responsibilities include:1) day to day management of four pension plans: a DB, 403b, DC401a and 457b;2) responsible for FMLA & and all Leaves of Absence;3) manage all Health Benefit Programs for Active staff- including Medical, Dental, Life, Wellness, Disability & Vision...Also manage retirees' health benefit program;4) manage database for ACA/1095-C reporting;5) responsible for all regulatory filings/communications including 5500 filings; SAR; SPD & SBC6) responsible for maintaining a competitive and cost effective benefit program - in compliance with all regualtions/laws - for the Foundation.

Managed Financial Services Department which included: Corporate Budget Division; Benefits Division; Payroll Division; Accounts Receivable/Payable Division.
