As "Head of Customer Success" I am responsible for: - defining customer success strategies and relevant processes.-maintaining and growing existing client bases through relationship management. -leading, and mentoring customers.-creating and implementing growth strategies.-committing to specific targets, and taking full responsibility for performance tracking and delivery.-collaborating closely with Gravity’s product team to provide a product road-map based on my client’s specific needs.-work closely with customers to identify pain points. -ensuring that the value and potential of each customer get managed effectively, and they fully understand the value of the Gravity product.-ensure consistent communication flows throughout the customer journey. -plan, document and execute all phases of the rollout lifecycle.
