• Oversees multiple project and attends meetings with the company’s clients to give updates on the progress of the projects handled.• To ensure every SLAs (Service Level Agreement) are met on every project given by the client to the company.• Monitor teams that is working on the project to provide outputs and progress of the projects.• Present weekly and monthly operations review of projects handled to the department head to showcase progress, hits and misses, highlights and support needed of the projects being handled.• Resolves problems that might arise during field activities and escalate to reporting Operations Manager should there be issues cannot be resolved immediately.• Properly document and liquidate materials used daily and update project trackers.• Provide project progress report to Operations Manager and Department Head.• Collaborate with fellow Supervisors and Managers to develop programs that will help career progress of each subordinate.

• Provides operational and strategic direction to the diverse workforce for the installation andmaintenance projects.• Directly interfacing with both the internal and external clients in order to meet service requirements;coordinates close communication and cooperation with project management team.• Oversees the work of all the areas of responsibility; ensures SOs and tickets dispatched for the dayare completed within the required SLAs without sacrificing both quality and safety compliance• Responsible for evaluating the performance of the Operation teams; recommends training anddevelopment to enhance the skills and competencies of the Operation staff• Works closely with the Project Manager drive the success and outcome of the project

• Closely communicates with the cable quality maintenance team and answers incoming calls for the project status update.Prepares• Prepares the summary of all reports for submission to the client.• Performs other clerical and dispatching duties as may be assigned from time to time.

• Assist in defining and reviewing requirements and use cases for the application.• Design the application to meet the business process design and application requirements.• Configure, build, and test the application or technical architecture components.• Participate in transitioning the designs to the developers, code reviews and transitions of the application or technical architecture components to the testers.• Fix any defects and performance problems discovered during testing• Create technical and functional/end-user operational documentation for the software or system.
