I’ve been brought in as Paid Social Manager to oversee HiSmile's Digital Marketing strategy to enable further growth. To date, my role has primarily involved: • Devising, building and executing our Paid Social Media campaigns; • Continually optimising campaigns to increase revenue and ensure we achieve maximum ROI;• Devising strategies for bidding, targeting, copy and creative to best achieve campaign outcomes;• Managing significant daily budgets across multiple social channels;• Reporting on performance and analytics metrics to determine success of campaigns, and to identify areas to improve on;• Liaising with our internal content team to constantly ensure our creative is relevant and engaging; and• Keeping ahead of industry changes to ensure HiSmile is best utilising new products, platforms and practices.

To date, my role has involved:- being responsible for the strategy, build and execution of paid performance campaigns across our social media channels, including but not limited to:- working with the Head of Performance Media to manage a multimillion dollar annual budget;- allocating said budget to channels, campaign types and objectives to ensure weekly, monthly and yearly targets and KPIs are being met; - working under tight deadlines to determine strategy (optimisations, targeting, bidding), creative and copy for acquisition, retention and branding campaigns on Facebook, Snapchat and Twitter;- reporting and analytics on campaign performance metrics using Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, Snapchat Ads Manager and internal reporting systems;- working closely with internal teams such as CRM, Business Intelligence, tech and product to ensure social media channels are adequately supporting their objectives;- liaising with external stakeholders such as Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, various marketing partners, and creative agencies to ensure campaigns are implementing best practices.
