I supported the Oil and Fuel department of the Trent XWB engine through many roles. I analysed and sentenced engine concessions, and created data transfer reports. Most notably however, I changed how oil consumption is measured during engine testing. This saved the company 5 hours every test, which is a huge step in their target for cutting the test time by 10 hours by the end of the year. I also begun the initiative to save time on engine assessments by creating a tool to perform the sentencing decision process for low oil quantity alerts on the test bed

Supported the continuous improvement in the Turbine Blade Facility,where I achieved two Yellow Belts (Six Sigma) during my internship. These were for creating instructional guides for manufacturing software, and streamlining the Production System documents therefore making it easier to update them.
