Kidstop Site Supervisor
Current-Maintains similar responsibilities as the Lead Instructor Position-Oversees a team of staff to develop and execute the Kidstop & Four Star program at Basswood Elementary -Manages time cards along with time off schedule for staff-Conducts performance leadership, evaluations, and hiring process for new staff and summer employment-Serves as a bridge between stakeholders and community education leaders to ensure positive growth of all programs-Completes purchasing and managing of department resources through continuous collaboration with human resources and executive management-Develop and execute Kidstop programming to support and serve the needs of children & families-Maintain an attractive and functional environment, assist in the planning and purchasing of supplies and equipment-Act as a coach and trainer to support the development of staff by conducting staff meetings, providing professional development, and supporting daily on-site operations-Serve as on-site incident commander in case of emergencies-Handle and communicate student behaviors to families and necessary staff and stakeholders
