Experienced in the construction industry with a lifelong exposure, thanks to my father's pursuit of his passion for building Custom Homes and, more specifically, the Carpentry trade. I graduated from Oregon State University with a BS in Construction Engineering Management in 2018. My professional journey began at GLY Construction in Seattle, where I served as a Project Engineer on a high-rise Google project. However, my passion for our family's business, Northwest Framing Systems (Commercial Wood Framing Contractor), drew me back only a year later.I took a major risk making the decision to leave a large/stable/awesome company in GLY and pursue a different path in my up and coming family business. I was thrown into the deep end and firstly tasked with managing the framing contracts on two large elementary schools in Vancouver, WA. Managing these projects along with a handful of other smaller ones in the Portland area gave me a great opportunity to cut my teeth on the many challenges that running a small subcontracting company presents.Since my return, I've been dedicated to enhancing our family business. I've focused on expanding our revenue streams, enhancing our operational efficiency, and fostering new client relationships. My efforts have contributed to our growth and modernization, including the successful acquisition of several multimillion-dollar Wood Framing and Steel Erection contracts. In 2023, I was honored to be invited to become a Shareholder, a role that underscores my commitment to our company's continued success.
