Work locally acquisition of Tandus into the Tarkett family and led and educated new reps and strategic partners on LVT. Created sale plans and goals to incorporate LVT into ever sales team region in Northern California. Worked with management to help develop features and benefits of Techtonic coating and recommended designs to incorporate west coast design preferences to LVT line with PM and designers. Provided goals and solutions to management to accelerate the growth of LVT sales in Northern California. February of 2019 drove sales of all Tarkett branded products in Sacramento Valley and Reno. Mastered through training, and became a trusted resource of LVT, sheet vinyl, carpet, linoleum, rubber, millwork, rubber base, stairwell solution, gym flooring, and color match solutions. Pre-COVID growth approaching triple-digit growth for local region. Provided fit for purpose solutions for customers as well as the company. Accelerated growth of carpet and Tarkett solutions for Sutter Contract, Kaiser Contract, and Dignity health.Advised management on positive strategies to empower and support fellow sales reps and direct sales teams.

Primary Duties: Duties included specification of resinous products for concrete vapor emission system, floor leveling, resinous floor coatings, stained concrete, microtopping, and polished concrete. Create custom colors for resinous flooring projects at Cisco, Yahoo, and San Jose State University.Project Management: Managed the largest installations of the company to date: 500,000 SF Laguna Honda Hospital, 500,000 SF Pittsburg High School, and 200,000 SF at John Muir Hospital. Scheduled and organized installation materials, equipment, manpower, set the expectation on workflow, monitored production of labor, and job costing.
