Brands include New York Sports Clubs, Boston Sports Clubs, Philadelphia Sports Clubs, Washington Sports Clubs, Palm Beach Sports Clubs, Lucille Roberts, LIV Fitness, Around the Clock and Total Woman Gym + Spa. TSI is constantly refreshing initiatives and programs to provide the best fitness and gym experience for every individual. This includes experimenting with innovative studio-quality programming, developing high intensity small group training classes, partnering with the new athletic-based groups to offer practical sports interval training and investing in fitness equipment for those seeking cardio and strength training experiences. TSI also offers group exercise programs, racquet sports, swimming facilities and Sports Club for Kids.My responsibilities included:◆Directly oversaw all business operations & profit-loss management for 3 multi-faceted health clubs (Membership Sales, Pools, Housekeeping, Front Desk, Fitness, Kids & Tennis Programming, etc.); $11 million annual combined revenues, 9,000 combined members◆Developed, collaborated with, and led team of over 250 staff members to provide assortment of services through quality programs◆Increased New Membership Enrollments by 11.8% from 2016 - 2017 (2,828 to 3,161) despite average dues increase of $20/month◆Ceased member loss of 9,618 to 8,902 from Q4 2015 through Q2 2017, reversing member net gain back to 9,249 through Q1 2018◆Exceeded Q1 2018 EBITDA Target by 32% ($176,650 / $133,948)◆Partnered with peer Area Business Managers to affirm alignment of company objectives, consistency of communications and method of execution within BSC Region including “Cultural Refresh” initiative, workforce management, decentralization of facilities management, etc.
