Sensible architecture is client-specific and place-specific. I celebrate creativity in the technical solutions of projects, ranging in scale from modest details to ambitious multi-acre master plans, and a number of my projects have been honored with design and community awards. 25 years of practice across the US and abroad have been defined by passion for design and client service with extensive experience acquired through work on a variety of new and existing building, historic, and urban projects in the Commercial/Corporate, Higher Education, Cultural Arts, and Residential markets. An active member of the AIA Pittsburgh chapter, I served on the Board of Directors for a number of years and developed the unique Young Architects Studio Competition (YASC) for the annual Design Pittsburgh Awards.I enjoy skiing, hiking, cooking, Latin dancing, and spending time with my two daughters.
