Brooks City-Base And Travis Air Force Base

- Deployed to Central Criminal Court of Iraq (CCCI) (May-October 2008). Prosecuted 100 cases under Iraqi law in CCCI. Managed 8 JAGs handling 1200+ criminal cases. - City Attorney for USAF’s largest base. Advised commanders and senior leadership on all legal issues impacting Travis AFB including 10 base-wide Equal Opportunity, Investigator General and Congressional investigations and main runway construction/environmental impact investigation.- Lead prosecutor for USAF’s heaviest caseload (Travis AFB). Supervised 4 attorneys and 5 paralegals. -- Investigated, managed and litigated 50+ trials ranging from drug crimes to fraud to murder. -- Interviewed, deposed and examined (cross and direct) 100+ witnesses, including 10+ experts.- General Counsel for USAF’s only dedicated human and animal research facility.
