Supervised 4 attorneys and 5 paralegals. -- Investigated, managed and litigated 50+ trials ranging from drug crimes to fraud to murder. -- Interviewed, deposed and examined (cross and direct) 100+ witnesses, including 10+ experts.- General Counsel for USAF’s only dedicated human and animal research facility. Defended DoD in 3 federal lawsuits regarding classified and proprietary technology, suits dismissed with prejudice.- Awards: Air Force Commendation Medal; Army Commendation Medal; Air Force Achievement Medal; Meritorious Unit Award; Air Force Outstanding Unit Award; National Defense Service Medal; Iraq Campaign Medal with star; Global War on Terrorism Service Medal; Air Force Expeditionary Service Ribbon with Gold Border; Air and Space Basic Course Section Leader and voted “Outstanding Performer”; Commissioned Officer Training Distinguished Graduate; Military Justice Gold Award 2008 (best in USAF); and, two-time base-wide Company Grade Officer of the Quarter.
