UV&S acquired Applianz Technologies, its products, and staff. In my new position as Product Manager and Sr Developer, I am leading the direction of the products being developed while continuing to manage the development team . Working closely with sales and marketing, I am able to create a vision and strategy which drives the growth of both the product and the business. Some of the improvements and enhancements developed under my new role include: • Implemented new policies for training and onboarding of new customers leading to greater customer satisfaction and increased customer tenure. • Created an automatic platform imaging process that reduced deployment time by 96%. • Redesigned web admin portal tieing the frontend design of our product philosophy of simplicity for end-users. • Developed an SSL certificate creation, authentication, and renewal utility. • Developed method to convert and migrate customers from bare-metal and other hypervisors to our platform. • Developed a backup reporting tool to notify end-users of the status of their backups.

Applianz Technologies' flagship product, AppEazy, combines enterprise-grade technological features such as - virtualization, nonpersistent virtual environments, automated virtual machine deployment and management, remote access, automated backup, immediate disaster recovery, dynamic firewall, and enhanced security - in an all-in-one platform for businesses to utilize in delivering business-critical software to their employees. As IT Manager, I managed the support, product development, and data center infrastructure associated with the technological solutions provided by Applianz Technologies. My greatest accomplishment was the development of the successor to Applianz's flagship product, AppEazy. The successor, EazyApp, continued the philosophy of an all-in-one solution for businesses to deploy their business-critical applications on while significantly improving the code and features of the product. - Improved backup frequency from once every 24 hours to once every 30 minutes - Drastically decreased offsite backup replication transfer from 8 hours to less than 10 minutes. - Migrated data center to an improved facility - Reduced costs with offsite replication by migrating to a cloud solution - Work closely with the sales team in a Sales Engineer role.

As the Support Coordinator, I managed and led a team of support technicians in supporting the AppEazy Product. - Supported over 300 customers and 10,000 end-users. - Managed virtual environments ranging from Windows Server 2003 - Windows Server 2016 - Assisted end-users and third-party ISV's in their software and deployment in the virtual environment. - Reduced ticket resolution time from 3-7 days to under 24 hours. - Increased ticket responsiveness from 4+ hours to < 15 minutes. . - Led support initiative to assist customers in their support, even if it didn't directly deal with our product. - Support initiative led to an immense increase in customer satisfaction.
