I am a third year student at the University of Dayton pursing a degree in Accounting. Additionally, I have taken up minors in Psychology to ensure I am a well rounded member of the work force. I pride myself on my academic achievement and service within my community. I have worked on projects in both large and small group settings where I have honed my skills in communication, collaboration, management, and ability to meet deadlines in an accurate and timely manner. I have developed my skills in digital marketing and hope to find internship/work positions in accounting to complement this. I plan on pursing higher education in the form of an MBA or M.S. in accounting to prepare for my CPA certification post grad school. All with the goal of landing a position as a cost accountant, budget accountant, controller, or forensic accountant. These goals may change as I progress through school, refine my interests and discover new skills.
