Job duties consist of assisting potential new school applicants as well as new students through the application and admission process by helping them to assess their passion, and career goals in order to choose the best certification program to go through. I help provide general information on registration, certification selection, payment options, as well as academic requirements of our institution.I connect daily with prospective students by answering incoming phone calls, responding to Web inquires, live chat, and attending trade shows throughout the year. I am also responsible for recording information into our database and follow-up with applicants to update statuses and answer any new questions.
