ABM- 3780 Kilroy Airport Way- Local 501, BOMA affiliated class A office campus consisting of low rise, mid rise, and high rise office buildings. Operates and maintains variable speed air cooled York screw and scroll chillers with a ALC front end. Works directly with the Chief Engineer, Assistant Chief and Lead Engineer during the hours of day shift operation. Performs all reactive and preventative maintenance needs which consists of: Plant operations, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, locksmithing, and all other miscellaneous tasks.

Brookfield- Gas Company Tower. Local 501, BOMA affiliated class A 54 story office building located in downtown Los Angeles. Oversees all preventative and reactive maintenance needs of the building during swing shift hours of operation. Reports to Lead Engineer, Assistant Engineer, and Chief Engineer under proper chain of command protocol. Operates chilled variable speed plant consisting of two 1100 ton Trane centrifugal chillers and one 550 ton Trane chiller with a Siemens front end. Daily job functions consist of: plumbing, electrical, H.V.A.C, lighting, mechanical, janitorial, administrative, and other miscellaneous tasks necessary to accommodate tenant and in-house exigencies

ABM- 17901 and 17911 Von Karman Ave., Irvine/ 5000 Birch St., Newport Beach. Cross trained Certified Journeyman Engineer employed at two BOMA affiliated class A high rise office buildings and two class A mid-rise BOMA office building in both Newport Beach and Irvine under the John Hancock/ Manulife portfolio. Works directly with Property Management personnel and roaming Chief Engineer. Operates and oversees three separately located chilled variable speed plants at different given locations consisting of two York 300 ton centrifugal chillers with 500,000 gallon thermal storage tanks, two Trane 260 ton centrifugal chillers with 250,000 gallon thermal storage tanks, and four 100 ton York screw compressors. All three chiller plants operate with a Siemens Insight front end. Performs daily reactive and preventative maintenance throughout each assigned facility. Job functions consist of: plant operations, chemical treatment to all plant captive water systems, plumbing, electrical, H.V.A.C, lighting, mechanical, janitorial, administrative, and all other miscellaneous tasks required to accommodate the facets of service for tenants, property management, and ABM employer.

ABM- Los Angeles Union Station. Local 501, BOMA affiliated historical landmark, mid-rise transportation hub with footprint of approximately one million square feet including a three story Amtrak office building with 12 H.V.A.C package units and 46 H.V.A.C. split system units. Integrated Chilled Variable Speed Plant supplying comfort cooling throughout historical areas of the station containing four 75 ton Turbocor compressors with Tracer SC front end and two Lochinvar condensing water boilers. Performed daily preventative and reactive maintenance tasks under the guidance of the Chief Engineer, Assistant Chief, and two Journeymen. Job functions consisted of but were not limited to: plant operations, plumbing, electrical, H.V.A.C., lighting, mechanical, locksmith, janitorial, and articulating/ scissor lift operator. As an Apprentice Engineer I attend classes two evenings a week, four hours each night over the course of four years.

ABM- Newport Lido Medical Center. Local 501, BOMA affiliated medical center consisting of two mid-rise medical office buildings. Controlled All Variable Speed Central Plant consisting of four 125-ton Turbocor compressors with a main Kiltech and Cpec technology controller driven by a Niagara front end NRG management system. Performed routine water treatment for all related captive water systems and cooling tower maintenance. Routinely checked two hot water Raypak boilers, and performed all general preventative and routine maintenance tasks for tenants in a medical setting under the Local 501 Union classification as a Maintenance Attendant. Worked directly with the Chief Engineer and Property Management personnel.
