Co-founded the non-profit that started as a prank in 2017. We are known for providing Thanksgiving meals to families in need in Cedar Rapids area. In 2017 we provided 80 meals, 2018 we provided 280 meals and in 2019 we provided 545 meals. In 2019, Iowa Giving Crew became an non-profit organization. We have established a board and a number of business partners in the community. Our goals for 2020 are: provide 800 Thanksgiving meals to families in need, organize a volunteer event, and find additional ways to help those in need in our community. Iowa Giving Crew's Mission is to raise funds and marshal resources within our collective networks to serve those in need throughout our community.

-Develop and lead a team of 18 recruiters across the US.-Interview, hire, and train new staff. -Utilize management competencies to address areas of need for the business. Identify, plan and execute on opportunities for success in my team and within the department. -Create, manage and evaluate new or current KPI’s for my team and the Recruiting Department. -Remove barriers to success based on KPIs, driver market, and/or business needs.-Leverage relationships within CRST to improve efficiency in hiring to meet business needs.-Develop relationships with outside vendors to help meet hiring expectations and meet business needs. -Work with various advertising agencies to help meet the advertising needs of CRST in different capacities.
