Provide support to the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Academic) in the management of the Portfolio. Coordinate projects and provide strategic advice on academic and course development and implementation; academic quality; course and unit review. Write discussion papers, Executive briefings, project reports, change management plans, funding submissions, and high level communication on behalf of the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Academic).

Provided advice to Academic Schools, Course Coordinators and Accreditation Committee on the impact and timing of course and unit changes. Developed fee setting recommendations to the Vice President (Global). Managed the student enrolment system to facilitate a smooth, efficient and error-free enrolment process for students. Worked closely with Chair of Academic Board to ensure course and unit development complied with academic governance policy and the AQF.

Provided advice on strategic projects covering student safety, complaint procedures for students and emergency management planning. Implemented continuous improvement activities across Student Services. Analysed and provided advice on the Student Satisfaction Survey. Researched and wrote a review of the enrolment process and provided recommendations.

Managed the Partnership Program funded at $2million over 2 years to build community resilience and consumer protection measures to minimise harm and reduce probem gambling. Provided policy advice on the establishment of a Community Advocacy Centre on Gambling. Wrote Ministerial briefing papers to the Minister on the implementation of the Problem Gambling Strategy.
