Job duties include (but not limited to) building long-lasting client relationships, overseeing the daily marketing and advertising initiatives, writing commercial building Emergency Response Plans, managing web presence through search engine optimization, social media, web reputation, online and print advertising, branding and monthly newsletters. It addition to the following, securing long lasting business accounts, vendor program acquisition, hosting client continuing education classes and organizing special events. Building the QFB brand is a passion of mine, and I continue to do so by reaching out to local property managers, commercial building owners, home builders, fire and emergency personnel, insurance agents and insurance professionals, all the way up to meeting with insurance company executives for program acquisition. Some days you may find me shaking hands with other members of the industry at a sponsored golf hole or charity event, other days you may find me comforting a homeowner that has just experienced a tragic fire loss.
