Nick Yocca was a founder of Stradling, Yocca, Carlson & Rauth where, for over 35 years, he helped to grow the firm into a corporate and securities powerhouse, ranking during Nick's tenure among the top ten transactional law firms in all of Southern California. Nick has managed multiple corporate transactions of more than $1billion in value, has helped launch more than 50 private companies, and served as chairman of the board of a highly successful public company. He has received lifetime achievement awards from the Association of Corporate Growth, the American Electronics Association (Now TechAmerica) and the Orange County Venture Group (now OCtane).
