I lead a team of learning coaches and interventionists that provide researched based and evidence-validated learning solutions to children of all ages in South Florida! We specialize in reading, comprehension, math, and executive functioning. While many of our students may have a diagnosis like Dyslexia, Austim, or ADHD, we see many looking to bridge gaps for any reason!

Director, led sales, marketing, operations, training and development for over 50 professionals and educators in education management centers specialized in cognitive remediation for children and adults with reading, comprehension, and math deficits. Provided leadership and management for three permanent learning centers while building seasonal locations in four new additional markets, local and international.● Revitalized the Coral Gables learning center starting in 2013 and expanded it's reach from one local satellite to five, three being in South Florida with two more in the Caribbean.● Developed education and sales leaders to provide high-quality customer care and instruction in all locations. Mentored leaders that consistently moved into roles of increasing responsibility.● Developed and implemented sales and marketing agenda to open a permanent learning center in Palm Beach Gardens in 2015● Oversaw marketing and sales efforts for South Florida, South America, and the Caribbean including active engagement with stakeholders and referral sources resulting in net revenue of over $2 million in 2016 for the first time in the location's history.● Provided analysis and consultation for diagnostic evaluations for students with various learning deficiencies. ● Sold programming and managed caseload of over 500 individual clients.

Language and literacy consulting, planning and implementation of RTI, coaching for international school educators, implementation of standardized evaluations, curriculum design.● Doubled the standard and expectation for reading and vocabulary acquisition for rising ESL kindergarten students. ● Trained learning center specialists to independently evaluate, group, deliver and differentiate research validated special education services for reading and language processing resulting in their first independent intensive clinic.● Serviced over 400 students and more than 30 educators while providing specialists training to continue mentoring independently.
