In this role I'm responsible for best practice in design, deployment, maintenance and currency of Brightwave's proprietary courseware engines and for the selection and deployment of third party authoring tools. As the leader of the Flash development team I was responsible for line managing, supporting and appraising the performance of all members of the team. When a new e-learning project came into production, I would assign a suitable Lead Developer from the team to oversee it and to take on the majority of the required development work. Key areas of responsibility included the use of Authorware to adapt text book based learning materials into CBT and to develop a range of computer based control systems simulations.

Member of the Computer Applications Group (CAG) responsible for the development of software simulations for testing plant process control modifications.
