Otis Elevator company is an American manufacture of elevators, escalators, and moving walkways.I focused on developing new processes and procedures to reduce waste. From my analysis on historic part movement I held a 3 day Kaizen Event and redesigned the warehouse, successfully reducing excess motion. I was also responsible for investigating the companies reorder points, replenishment process, and inventory usage to identify opportunities for improvement.
