Being involved in all aspects of our business from negotiating contracts to making a tea for our hardworking staff. Managing and inspiring a tight knit team of 9 staff, we like to think that we punch well above our weight with the ability to adapt to the ever changing market place. Whilst we deal with the majority of tour operators increasingly our business is about tailor made experiences and higher end holidays. Whilst retaining a focused commitment to improvement and excellence I am a firm believer in a relaxed and fun working environment, demonstrated by the fact that our last member of the team to leave did so 4 years ago and through retirement.
