Collaborated with a group of engineers to consolidate two manufacturing plants into one lean plant to make one product at a profit (166,000 square footage of floorspace renovated, 574 pieces of equipment relocated, 355 PPAP submissions, moved 383 purchased parts and 103 final assembly part numbers). Planned and established sequence of operations based on lean manufacturing principles to manufacture and assemble parts to promote efficient utilization. Drafted and designed layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to illuminate maximum efficiency utilizing drafting tools and computer applications. Created and modified “Master Plan PowerPoint Presentation” for internal use as well as customer use (Stellantis & GM) to notify them of the planned moves/changes for the consolidation project. Utilized the asset management process to correctly update cost centers of relocated equipment and dispose of all capital equipment associated with the plant consolidation
