I have been in the Strength & Conditioning industry for the past 3 years, specialising in the development of youth athletes.I have worked with a wide array of athletes, from Rugby League, AFL, Oztag, Swimming, Dance, Motocross & more. My speciality lies in utilising a holistic approach to youth athletic development, focusing on not only improving the physical qualities of athletes, but guiding them to becoming valued and contributing young members of society.Physical literacy and sound movement skills are integral pieces to a strong foundation and long-term athletic success. My focus is on providing children with the opportunity to explore, expand and sharpen their movement skills.
