As a Sales/Marketing Intern at one of the nation’s largest homebuilders, I participated in an intensive 8-week sales training program that provided hands-on exposure to the real estate industry. I shadowed KB Home's sales staff, attended sales meetings, and observed scheduled sales presentations and appointments. In addition, I contributed to broker and community outreach events, assisted with preparing marketing materials, and helped create sales collateral for various events and presentations. This experience enhanced my understanding of sales strategies, customer engagement, and marketing techniques within the real estate sector.

Assisted with cleaning and setting tables to ensure readiness for new guests. I collaborated with servers and kitchen staff to streamline service. I also was responsible for managing and training new employees.

Worked as referee for a local flag football league for kids during the Fall/Winter months. I developed and implemented engaging coaching programs to teach flag football fundamentals to children aged 8-13 . I fostered a positive, encouraging, and team-oriented environment, promoting sportsmanship.

I worked at Rancho Colorados Swim Club as a lifeguard during spring and summer over the past several years. I strived to create a safe and positive environment for members and help manage the younger lifeguards.

I worked at PanCoast Pizza where I helped manage the new employees. I also was responsible for running the front counter and taking people's orders.

Took care of two middle school kids throughout the summer by driving them to appointments and sports, preparing meals and coordinating their schedules.
