This International Company with a multitude of divisions that span across the Healthcare and Medical Industry continues to strive to be second to none. Its focus on patient care is unmatched as it is able to touch patients lives from hospital to home. Within the Respiratory Care Division it focuses on working with patients and those providers that provide therapy for patients from the hospital, to the clinic, to home on a daily basis. While in this role you had no choice but to wear many different hats and be able to answer to many different calls. It was imperative to be able to communicate with Directors, Team Leads, Staff, and patients while in the hospital. In the clinic your job was to teach and train providers and families how to utilize the machine for daily therapy. This role forced you to get comfortable being uncomfortable.

Kindred Healthcare is a national Healthcare company. Caring for patients from Long Term Acute Care facilities to providing care for patients at home through recover or at end of life. Home Health division builds relationships with referral coordinators in the hospital, in clinics, in rehab facilities to get patients home. Discussing the many programs they offer and the therapy Nurses, Physical Therapist and Certified Nurses Assistants provide weekly. Most demanding aspect of this job was growing a focused territory.

Home Health services provided across the entire city. Introducing a company to the City. Showing referral coordinators how great the Physical Therapist is. Team/ Company within San Antonio was unknown and did not have a name in the market. My job was to spread the word and create brand recognition throughout the entire Greater San Antonio Area, no territory, no boundaries.
