Current- Cultivate and manage strategic relationships within the Healthcare sector, overseeing referrals and client relationships across the Northeast US and beyond.- Drive market evaluation and targeting strategy, conducting initial assessments for Start-up, Acquisition, and Expansion transactions to align with appropriate loan offerings.- Manage end-to-end deal cycles, from strategy formulation and prospecting to negotiation and execution, ensuring adherence to bank policies and supporting clients' financial objectives.- Assess financial status, creditworthiness, property evaluations, cash-flow analyses, and collateral structures to determine loan eligibility.- Undertake extensive travel across the Northeast US and various regions to establish and nurture critical business partnerships, actively participating in industry conferences, seminars, and networking events in major cities.- Strengthen partner relationships, achieving substantial portfolio growth milestones.
