I feed off of the knowledge gained through each client’s experience, as every customer is different and I believe my after the sales approach ensures that I continue to learn, grow, and succeed in my field. I aspire for all of my clients to receive exceptional service and to always exceed their expectations.I have been with JStar Motors since 2002 and I always credit JStar with the lessons in life and business that I have learned during my tenure, for making me the person I am today. I have worked my way up through the company, starting at the bottom, and have learned that hard work and positive attitude will help you grow in a business, as well as grow as a person. I work hand in hand with some of the most professional and caring people in the automotive industry and have seen first hand how the relationships, as well as how each position within a company, are important pieces in being successful as a business, and as a person. I have always had a passion for cars since I was a little boy and working for JStar is a dream come true.My clients are also very important to me. I don't think I would be as successful as I have been without my returning clients or the referrals they send to me. I feel that it is important to really get to know your clients, what they are looking for, listening to their requests, and delivering on the requests, especially when you may have to go the extra mile for them. Although sometimes, (not many), you are unable to make a deal, it is important to always strive for my client's to have a positive experience, and to build a relationship for the future, as you never know what the future may hold for you, or them.
