- Prepares monthly invoices, budgets and project management reports.- Provides accurate and timely accounting, reporting and project information for assigned projects.- Sets up and maintains projects on an in-house accounting system according to contract terms.- Tracks and inputs budget data for assigned projects.- Prepares, codes and inputs project invoices.- Answers inquiries from staff, vendors or clients, and communicates financial information to project managers.- Maintains accounting files.- Inputs and posts consultant invoices, communicates with consultants and submits their payments for approval.- Reviews project contracts and additional service requests to understand the financial requirements on each project.- Analyzes project cost reports and meets frequently with Finance Management and Project Managers to review status of projects for invoicing, profitability, earnings, and costs.- Understands how projects earn revenue in the accounting system and assists the Business Manager monthly in analyzing and recording monthly project earnings.- May provide accounting support to other staff as needed.- Takes personal responsibility for fostering a green workplace through sustainable work practices.

- Ensures all projects accurately reflect revenues and gross profit and updates accordingly in project accounting system.- Reconciles all project details in accordance with client/vendor agreements and internal closing policies.- Prepares and reviews client invoices and issue them accurately and timely according to the client agreement to ensure positive project cash flow. Works with client, account team and Accounts Receivable to collect payment of past due invoices.- Adheres to and ensures compliance with business unit specific policies, client agreements, proposal development policies, billing policies, and other internal financial policies.- Provides regular updates to Project Management regarding the financial aspects of the project.- Analyzes project data and proactively identifies and reports project profitability opportunities to the Project Management and Sales teams.- Works with Account Team to develop project budget detail.- Monitors financial compliance with project Letter of Agreement, Statement of Work and other documents as required.- Maintains all required financial documentation for GAAP, internal and external audits.

- Convert pricing contracts to price list formulas and billable components – all complying with clients agreed upon pricing.- Set-up and maintain pricing for vendor pricing agreements and internal price changes.- Set-up new client catalogs (standard and custom), price list headers, and item additions.- Understand the impact of pricing execution in support of buying, buying operations, merchandising, and account / agency teams.- Perform functional analysis and obtain clarification when necessary on catalog, pricing, and promotions solution requests, including: >client pricing contracts, price list formulas, billable components, and source codes >vendor pricing agreements >catalog and item pricing initial set-up and ongoing maintenance >year-end cost update analysis >brand advertising restrictions and price protection agreements
