Massachusetts licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with over 10 years of experience in civil engineering in both the public and private sector and am currently Project Manager with Level Design Group, L.L.C.My experience is in commercial and residential development including permitting, the design and preparation of drawings and specifications for civil/site projects including parking lots, roadways, commercial buildings, communications towers, subsurface utilities, and stormwater management facilities. I have extensive experience in the preparation of federal, state and local permit applications including, civil/site permitting and compliance, zoning, health, and planning board, resource protection, and wetlands, and groundwater and surface water discharge permits.I am a Licensed Massachusetts Title V Soil Evaluator and have designed and permitted various residential and commercial subsurface sewage disposal systems including the utilization of mounded systems, pressure dosed and alternative technologies. In additional to my civil engineering design experience I also have extensive experience in land surveying including performing existing conditions and boundary surveys and topographic surveys.
