With my team, I created a campaign for a Brazilian company wanting to completely overhaul their image to target their market more efficiently. One problem I encountered was ensuring the company understood the concepts and values associated with the campaign. In turn, I needed to educate myself about the company’s culture, country, region and customs and how I could utilize my creativity to positively bring that to bear in the campaign. After conducting research and focus groups, I designed a campaign the company approved. The statistics have been very positive, with the company seeing a sharp business increase.There was also a language barrier between myself and my team that I needed to overcome to ensure my team received the right message. I developed a unique language system of symbols to help the team learn to communicate coherently. I created workshops to give the team in-depth perspective of communication and culture and how successful teams use their communication differences to become more successful achieving their goals. After hard work and time, I brought the group to a new level of harmony.
