About Nick Farr

As Co-Founder and Director of Resilience Builders, I design and deliver resilience development workshops and programs for young people, athletes, teams and business.I'm passionate about teaching people the power of perseverance and not giving up. Resilience is a dynamic capability that can be developed through practice, sacrifice and repetition. The process is straightforward, but it requires the right setting and framework. Our programs deliver great impact and results.My experience includes 20 years as a Himalayan guide and 15-years delivering keynotes, workshops and programs in corporate and sporting sectors. I've led and coached more than 1000 people in challenging high-altitude environments. A 100% safety record is testament to my no short cuts approach. In an earlier life, I served for 20 years as a detective with Victoria Police.
