Major unit responsibilities include the FCC and Alky 1 which combined produce 60% of the gasoline in Pascagoula. - Gained experience with day to day operations of Complex Process Facilities, multi-duration projects, and maintenance planning. Experience in a downstream / refining operating environment has been very beneficial to deepening understanding of the OPG value chain. - Responsible for managing all local capital and expense project budgetary submittals for business planning purposes for the entire Cracking 1 / Sulfur Area of PAS. - Executed multiple competitive performance projects in my process units with a realized impact of $12.3MM in Gross Margin Improvement and $0.8MM/yr Opex Reduction. - Planned and executed a major turnaround for 67 Plant FCC Diesel Hydrofiner. Facilities Engineer charged with delivery and commissioning of the gathering system scope of the $37 billion Future Growth Project on the world-class Tengiz reservoir. The integrated Future Growth Project-Wellhead Pressure Management Project (FGP-WPMP) is designed to further increase total daily production from the Tengiz reservoir and maximize the ultimate recovery of resources.My responsibilities on this assignment include construction completion and commissioning of two multi-well drilling pads and a centralized metering station as well as nine pipelines for test, production, and fuel gas delivery.

• Project Manager / Engineer for a queue of concurrent oil and gas production facility projects totaling $71M in spend in support of Asset Development and Operations teams. Notable project budgets of $23M, $7M, and $4.1M,. Responsible for managing the activity of 90-100 engineers, designers, and construction personnel while driving excellence in project cost and schedule performance. Projects included civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and automation scope. • Collaborated closely with a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, geologists, and business analysts to generate, evaluate, design, and execute oil field development programs with an NPV of $150M. • Led two lean sigma projects to evaluate design and construction practices that resulted in reduced costs and a decrease in average cycle time of 60 days. Business impact $3.6M. Results of these projects were presented to 175 other Project Engineers at the local Chevron Facilities Engineering forum. • Focused on driving project costs down to maintain profitability in a low-price environment. Project costs were reduced approximately 50% from 2014 pricing by simplifying design packages and utilizing alternative contracting strategies. Total cost impact of $10M.• Managed $12M of projects instrumental in supporting a business unit strategic goal tracked by both business unit and corporate leadership. Projects executed on-budget and on-schedule, successfully meeting corporate metrics.

• Responsible for overseeing business unit engineering practices in use, assessing compliance with company standards, communicating Chevron's applicable engineering standards and supporting the business unit’s action plans to conform to standards. • Implemented a verification & validation program in order to confirm the correct application of engineering standards in Chevron projects.
