• Project Manager / Engineer for a queue of concurrent oil and gas production facility projects totaling $71M in spend in support of Asset Development and Operations teams. Notable project budgets of $23M, $7M, and $4.1M,. Responsible for managing the activity of 90-100 engineers, designers, and construction personnel while driving excellence in project cost and schedule performance. Projects included civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and automation scope. • Collaborated closely with a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, geologists, and business analysts to generate, evaluate, design, and execute oil field development programs with an NPV of $150M. • Led two lean sigma projects to evaluate design and construction practices that resulted in reduced costs and a decrease in average cycle time of 60 days.
