• Developing and maintaining a close relationship with Sellers.• Constructing high level strategic business plans and identifying new sources of growth.• Educating Sellers on methods to increase their traction in Shopee.• Negotiating deals with sellers and curate SKUs for various campaigns, promotions, online marketing, and media as required.• Analyzing sellers’ progress, activities, sales performances and category initiatives to drive transaction numbers and revenue.• Identifying market gaps and managing pricing strategy, product assortment, stock availability of Sellers in the category.• Securing exclusive partnerships for key campaigns (e.g.: 9.9/11.11).• Working closely with internal teams (e.g.: marketing, merchandising) to optimize the visibility and credibility of Sellers.

• Help clients analyze their financial situation, establish their investment goals and propose an investment plan to achieve their goals with our diverse range of products and services.• Advise clients in building a well diversified unit trust investment portfolio after considering their risk tolerance and time horizon.• Continuously monitor and rebalance clients’ portfolios to check on their investments' potential returns.• Build a trusted relationship with clients by providing ethical and professional advisory services.

• Collaborating, identifying, consulting and closing new local business owners across a wide spectrum of categories on the benefits of featuring their products with 8excite.• Designing & negotiation deal structures that align to the needs of both business partners & 8excite • Developing familiarity with each business, including but not limited to: Products or services, consumer demographic, consumer ratings, points of competitive differentiation, merchant economic model & revenue profit drivers.• Developed long-term relationships with merchants.
