I worked closely with Barbara (& Jay) on paint projects for their residence and rental property. I was chosen from multiple companies she solicited for concideration in working on her fabulous home, as she investigated all areas of the bidding process as well as material selection, color coordination(s), compatability and placement, which can be very chalenging and frustrating at times. Overseeing the execution of said work on her projects and was very focused on what she wanted and was an absolute pleasure to work for as she interacted with myself and any worker. Barbara's communication skills made it very easy to work with her as she shared her vision of what she wanted. She is stern yet flexible and understanding when an unexpected situation would arise. Barbara is very kind and always makes me feel welcome and comfortable. She's was quite generous to me when closing out her projects . I wish all my customers will be as wonderfull as Barbara and Jay were and still are to me, as I have stopped by when in thier area to receive a warm welcome, smiles, a cold beverage and of course the pleasure of the Marshalls company.
