Completed a six month contract, where I was responsible for identifying and successfully recruiting highly qualified candidates for over 30 of the largest firms in the financial services industry. Once the candidates are identified as having the adequate amount of experience, skills, and intangible attributes I would proceed with a rigorous screening process, which included, but not limited to, conducting a FINRA screening to determine standing with government regulatory agencies. Once background is established and industry experienced is found to be desirable to my clients, I would make recommendations to Financial Advisors as to which Broker Dealers would best fit their desired goals and direction of business.
