Nick is Executive Vice President and Partner with B&F Partners, Lancaster, PA. We focus on Market rate Apartment Communities and Shopping Centers through out central PA properties. I have 30+ years of experience in property management and marketing strategy in developing new resort style apartment communities focused on “renters by choice”.Nick joined his brother Phil in the newly formed family real estate business in 1990 as Property Manager. Starting with a 12-unit apartment building Mr. Frey envisioned focusing their growing residential portfolio toward A++ product that is designed to market to that niche and to give outstanding service. This formula has paid off in high occupancy rates, profits and a great reputation in the central PA market. In 2014 Mr. Frey and his team were awarded the Central PA “Best of Living Award” as the best Property Management Company. The communities they own and manage have received multiple awards for the last 15 years.Mr Frey has served on several Non-profit, church and school boards, three times as a chairperson. Nick enjoys bicycling, photography and travel. Nick earned a BA in Communication from Messiah College in 1981. Nick is married to Miriam. They have 2 grown children, a daughter Lauren, and a son Jared.
