My great great grandfather started F&S Engraving in 1922, and has remained under family ownership and management ever since. I started working summers at F&S at 16. There were fun days and not so fun days. those not so fun days were usually some tedious manual labor type of job which seemed to make time crawl and the day seem like an eternity. I just couldn't see the big picture. I had an epiphany about four years ago with regard to the family business, I suddenly realized how every job in the shop was working towards a common goal and every man in the chain could be equally proud of the finish product, and since our cutters are the best in the world, i have a lot to be proud of. Knowing that my diverse education and voracious appetite for learning could be an asset to the family i decided to stay, and i will be here when the company turns 100 years old and beyond.Specialties: website design, project management, applied science, hydrogeology, geology, earth science, education
