Responsible for opening up Theory's newest outlet location. Recruited, hired, and trained all associates on Theory standards and policies. Monitor and focus staff on KPI's- UPT, ADS, AUR, gross profit, conversion, and email capture. This is an outlet location and very fast paced location with a full price/retail setting, focusing in on building a clientele to capture all sides of the business.

Recruit and hire for brand new Neiman Marcus location. Trainer of all 150 associates in customer service training, POS, and iPhone. Facilitate and conduct 5 day new hire orientation. Wore many hats where I was exposed to Public Relations, Visual, Operations, and Loss Prevention experience. Trained team on annual 3-day inventory.This position was a temporary position for the grand opening of the Walnut Creek location.

Worked side by side with Store Manager. Responsibilities included the recruiting and hiring process, setting individual sales goals for each sales professional. Focused on inventory management and kept in constant contact with vendor representatives. Acted as HR leader of entire store managing schedule, payroll, new hire orientation, and all store training.This business focused on clientele and building customer relationships to drive sales and expand business.
