•Assist Communications Department with all match day media relations responsibilities for Orlando City, Orlando Pride and select Orlando City B home matches•Assist Communications staff in press box management, including hospitality of media attendees•Facilitate game day credentialing, parking and check-in process•Prepare post-game recaps and quote sheets•Oversee media movements and protocols on match day, with special attention to both venue and league protocols•Opportunity to assist department in non-match day Communications events, as needed

Focus on assisting the branding, advertising and overall marketing initiatives of the team, including overseeing specific mediums for products such as single game tickets, retail, youth basketball programs and others. Additionally, support core organizational initiatives including multicultural marketing. •Contribute to full season marketing plan development and launch•Assist with branding initiatives which touch every asset from mass advertising to internal publications and multimedia•Assist with advertising campaign execution•Responsible for copywriting TV, radio and in-game announcements•Submit TV and radio ads by deadline•Maintain web ads on team sites and coordinate development of landing pages•Assist with the creation of artwork for online advertising, digital initiatives and marketing signage•Assist with the development of marketing pieces to support Single Games, Retail, Youth Basketball and other departments as needed•Work closely with the Events department to execute ticket promotions•Produce reports to communicate marketing plans and results internally•Coordinate select marketing events to support organizational objectives and marketing campaigns

Responsible for providing promotional and fan experience support for all university athletic teams. Responsibilities include working with Brand Experience Staff on developing and executing promotional plans for all sports, provide support with in-game management duties at all sporting events, facilitating contests and giveaways, special recognitions and halftime activities, designing promotional materials for distribution on-campus and in the community. Lead Intern Responsibilities: game marketing plans, during game responsibilities, intern staff management, promotional plans and on-field/on-court promotions.

Responsible for collecting, researching and analyzing data to support and facilitate projects, maintaining projects timelines and deliverables to ensure successful completion of projects, assisting with programming, administrative and event activities.

Reporting to the UCF Senior Communications Director. Duties and responsibilities include: finding, preparing and posting stories and other content on the Office of Provost web pages and newsroom, updating sections and other content to the website as needed, observing/learning during on campus video shoots, providing research and reports, proofreading and headline writing, writing occasional press releases and other campus messaging, including social media, any other office duties as assigned
