• Responsibilities and Expectations
• Manage all aspects of IBM Cross-brand Software business at CDW for the Southeast.
• Act as a presales resource for the internal and field sales force engaging with both the account representatives internally as and act with direct customer interface.
• Work with CDW's IBM Technical Specialists to architect cross brand software solutions/services. Manage the external relationships with IBM Mid Market sales force, channel sales resources, and the distributor.
• Responsible for managing the flow of information and paperwork between CDW and IBM including executive summaries.
• Maintain the IBM pipeline which is tracked/viewed by IBM representatives directly.

Labored with every facet of the Oracle Brand at all CDW Locations for the last five years. Starting at first as a presales position and eventually migrating as the practice grew into a License Specialist 2 Role which required detailed knowledge of software and hardware, account manager and direct customer interface. Cultivated relationships with Oracle.

Managed a national account base in the Technology Sales division of CDW. Responsible for establishing new CDW business and growing it to encompass all areas of CDW product offerings including hardware, software, and services. Assisted customers with budgetary planning for both quarterly and annual spending projections to better appropriate spending.
