In employment at Unified communications the main part of my job was to go toeach customer's place and Identify the problem, fix it on the spot ifpossible, and if not send the task to the appropriate department forfurther inspection. Other than that, occasionally I install new phoneand internet connections as well as TV equipment. Of course, it was partof the job to never leave a customer's place before making sure theprovided services are working properly.

During my time at Diebold Nixdorf, I had 2 roles. My primary role wasto visit, check and repair or perform service on ATM machines andtheir peripherals. That task required certain skills to complete, such ascompleting tasks within a certain time limit, quick thinking, the abilityto adapt to different situations, and a good troubleshooting mindset.The secondary role was inside the workshop where I was repairingspare parts which were later placed on ATM machines at the outsidenetwork.

As a Service Corner Technician, my responsibilities involved, helpingcustomers with any tech-savvy question they may come up with,making sure the products that are on the store's showcase workproperly, examine any customer's device upon request as wellas repairing it within a time limit or replacing it. Last but notleast installing software and setting up new devices were routineprocedures.

I was working on the 1st level of mobile technical support for VodafoneGR, it was a job that was based on problem-solving and communicationskills, as well as a lot of patience. It involved mainly guiding customersthrough voice and chat in Greek and English language to solve a varietyof issues, for example, no data connection, no signal, any issue withcalls and not being able to connect to certain online platforms.Also, a necessity was working under pressure, multitasking, working ata fast pace, and being able to complete tasks within a time limit.

I was doing my internship at Sismanoglio hospital and I was workingfull-time as a PC technician where repairing, upgrading, and cleaningcomputers was the daily routine. There I also got some experiencewith hardware parts as well as disk cleaning and space management.And finally, I was daily installing windows and setting up PCs for theworkplace.
