I started my career with ING DIRECT/Capital One 360 in 2004 as a Sales Associate. Since then, I have held numerous positions within the Bank, including Asset Sales Assistant Coach, Sales Trainer, Customer Security Coach, Quality Assurance Coach and Loan Specialists Coach. Responsibilities in these roles included; managing team performance, strategy, leadership mentoring and classroom facilitation. In March 2011, I joined the Continuous Improvement Team as a Six Sigma Black Belt Candidate. Since then the Six Sigma projects I have led totaled over $2 million in financial benefits. I received my Black Belt Certification in April 2012. In October 2012, I took on my current challenge when I was hired as a Fraud Operations Manager. Since then I have managed several Fraud Operations teams across 3 different sites. I currently lead the Customer Protection Resolution team supporting Capital One Bank. My team’s primary responsibilities are customer and transaction verification, as well as fraud and Reg E claim filing. I graduated from St. Cloud State University with a degree in Mass Communications and a minor in History. I am currently pursuing my MBA at St. Cloud State and expect to graduate in December 2016. I am an active volunteer with the non-profit organization Junior Achievement. I was the Chair of the Junior Achievement St. Cloud Area Board of Directors from 2013 – 2015. Additionally, I am a member of Capital One’s St. Cloud Site Council and Community Corp Council.
