I have worked in the parcel industry since I was 18 years old.Starting as a Trailer Loader in DHL in Nantgarw I worked my way up through the operation covering many roles including PM Operative, Driver, Customer Service Agent, PM Manager and Home Delivery Manager. After 7 years I left DHL which had been taken over by Yodel by this point and joined DPD as a Driver. From there I moved in AM Operative and quickly became Second in Command to the Manager and then moved into Management within the same year. I covered all Management shifts within DPD within 3 years and in the 4th year I was made up into Operations Manager. I have great knowledge of the business from my experience and I am continuing to learn every day.
