Acted as consultant to the City of Fort Smith Utility Department and the Fort Chaffee Redevelopment Authority for master planning for water, sanitary sewer, streets, and drainage projects for the 7,000 acres released from the Army for redevelopment known as Chaffee Crossing (chaffeecrossing.com). Managed commercial and residential land development projects from preliminary planning through construction management. Consulted for the City of Fort Smith Engineering Department on street and drainage capital improvement projects from initial planning and design to construction. Completed large water transmission and sanitary sewer collection/outfall projects for the City of Fort Smith Utility Department. Led and worked on teams to complete land development projects

Design Engineer and Project Manager. During my brief tenure I participated in the team tasked to analyze and design the conversion of a municipal water system from well supply to a regional water district supply. Worked with the team tasked to develop a privatization program for the Little Rock Air Force Base sanitary sewer system. This involved developing present worth of 50-year renewal and replacement costs of the system in order to determine valuation for sale/transfer.
