My Account Director role within BT Business and Public Sector, encompasses work with a number of Public Sector organisations across Lincolnshire and Leicestershire. Working with NHS, Local Government and Housing Associations across the STP area. Through engagement with Senior Executives within each organisation, my role is to identify how BT's portfolio can assist Public Sector bodies to meet their strategic goals and business needs. With the primary focus always revolving around the end user - the people who rely upon Housing Associations for a safe, comfortable place to live - BT are assisting HAs in a number of ways including Digital Inclusion - getting people online to benefit their lives on a day to day basis. BT are continually supporting NHS Trusts to deliver world class healthcare, with world class technology as a key enabler, and giving clinicians and professionals the correct, current and upto date vital information at the point of care. Improving productivity and efficiency within the NHS, and transforming the way in which Trusts work to deliver their services to their end users.

My role as Account Manager for BT Health, is driven through engagement with Senior Executives to understand the challenges faced by their respective Trusts and to position how BT can assist in delivering both cashable and non-cashable savings in line with the strategic vision of the Board. Identifying business needs allows me to allign BT's compelling portfolio of propositions to help trusts understand how technology can help improve organisational efficiency, increase the productivity of health professionals, connect care and deliver a better patient experience. Initially covering the Staffordshire patch, I have since extended my area to cover both Derbyshire and Lincolnshire.
