Graduated with a Bachelor of Health Science/ Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy) in 2020.I have a clinical interest in the treatment and management of all things headaches. I have a growing interest in biomechanical assessment and exercise rehabilitation, especially of the lower limb.I have experience taking exercise classes (1:1, 1:2, 1:4) with a range of abilities levels, with my strength closely linked to acute care and foundational movement patterns.I have experience treating a range of athletes, from Strongmen and bodybuilding competitors, to Australian-representative handballers, to professional Rugby league and semi-professional basketball in NBL1. I enjoy the high-level problem solving with these motivated athletic clientele.

I was then able to, in conjunction with Healing Hands, create return to sport rehab programs, or strength and conditioning programs.Position also included pre-game strapping (rigid and K-tape) and massage. In this role I was involved in the under 19s, reserves, and Senior teams for the club. -
