As a Senior Systems Engineer at Liberty Hospital for Allscripts I am responsible for the server infrastructure of the enterprise. This includes server hardware, application deployment within Microsoft Endpoint Manager (previously named SCCM), Citrix profile management using Citrix Studio, O365 management and deployment, Azure AD management with ADFS user synchronization, imaging ESXi hosts, managing the virtual environment with vSphere and much more.Major projects in this role have been configuring MFA using ADFS federation with Azure AD, O365 deployment, moving imaging to SCCM from WDS, configuring change control management using Power Automate and SharePoint, Creating baseline documentation on foundational systems such as MSSQL and Powershell, and adding most deployments of applications to SCCM repository.

As a Systems Engineer at the University of Kansas Hospital 2 am responsible for the server infrastructure of the enterprise. This consists of designing, configuring, implementation, and maintenance of servers throughout their life cycle. This includes monitoring the systems to confirm uptime and optimization. Through monitoring, my team confirms that security on the server environment is sound.I am responsible for oversight of major projects with my team. At KU I have helped prepare for major projects. The projects I have assisted with are a primary location data center move, the migration away from Windows Server 2003, the update of our Electronic Medical Records system, and the expansion of the storage systems. I am also the backup administrator for the AIX servers, and have experience in troubleshooting this system.

As a System Engineer I maintain the server environment for the hospital. This includes systems such as AIX, Windows Server, UCS, VMware, and multiple hardware platforms. I also administer the AD environment for the enterprise. I am currently the lead tech on the Epic systems for the server team.
