Collaborate with numerous areas of the bank to determine timelines, production releases, budgets and resource allocation.Application Delivery:Run development projects in waterfall and Agile methodologies. Product owner for Content Management on Demand. Able to coordinate priorities with numerous teams, including other infrastructure platforms, application teams, and various lines of business. Responsible for staffing and proper allocation of resources. Oversee project planning, including timelines, estimates, financial allocation of resources with proper burn down rates. Presentation of projects to senior management for financial approval. Ability to pivot and redistribute resources and/or dollars when budgets and priorities change. Creation of long term roadmaps that integrate new technologies and sunset aging technologies and platforms. Coordination with vendors on application upgrades.Production Support:Lead incident troubleshooting and resolution. Coordinate with Problem Management to drive out long term solutions to prevent issues and remediate existing ones. Present high impact changes to the Change Advisory Board.
